Our high-tech expertise in chemical applications enables paper mills to optimize their specific quality parameters, increase mill productivity and significantly reduce chemical consumption.  Under the supervision of GIG Chemie’s technical team, all new products are developed, tested and produced according to specific customer requirements and the necessary process conditions.

GIG began its business activities in 1987 as a private company with the aim of becoming the leading supplier of tissue and paper production. Later, in 2004, the company was restructured into GIG Chemie GmbH.

 

Since then, GIG Chemie has become a globally operating company that successfully develops and distributes specialty chemicals. Competent consulting, innovative products and an outstanding customer-oriented service are the hallmarks of GIG Chemie. Neuss is the competence center where innovative ideas are developed and converted into chemical products, applications or processes. We are supported in this process by our laboratories for development, analysis and application technology, which are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and form the basis for the worldwide success of GIG Chemie.
